Volunteers must work at least 18 hours in order to receive full volunteer benefits.
Your crew supervisor will provide your work dates and time schedule once you have been approved.
Volunteers must be at least 12 years old at the time of the event.
2019 LRS FEST VOLUNTEER CREW DESCRIPTIONS:
Backstage Hospitality Services: Coordinating and maintaining food and drink services for the backstage areas. Food service experience preferred.
Beer Garden: Provide a safe environment for beer garden patrons. Checking ID’s. Must be 21 years of age.
Box Office: Process e-tickets and will call tickets. Pre-sale next year’s tickets.

Crowd Management: Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all concert patrons. Greet and assist patrons with orderly chair placement, monitor wristbands and be available to answer questions and/or remedy problems patrons may have.
Event Set Up: Chair set-up and numbering, campsite numbering, hanging signage, fencing, etc. Must be available to work the weekend before the event.
Event Teardown: Cleaning up and removing all chairs, signage, fencing, etc. from the ranch. Must be available the Monday after the event.
Guest Services: Provide customer service. Greet patrons and be available to answer questions and/or remedy problems patrons may have.
Information Booth: Provide patrons and volunteers with information. Manage Lost-and-Found items and patron surveys.
Maintenance Crew: Clean up and maintenance of the festival site.
Merchandise: Manage festival and/or artists merchandise sales and keep inventory. Cash-handling and credit card skills required.
Parking Crew: Provide parking assistance/directions to patrons. Check parking passes.
Patron Banding: Exchange tickets for wristbands and provide customer service.
Runners: Provide crew and volunteer support by running errands.
Scrip Sales: Manage scrip sales and provide patrons with information. Cash-handling and credit card skills required.
Tailgater Porches Hospitality: Provide hospitality services to the VIP areas. Food service experience preferred.
Vendor Check-In: Monitor vendor check-in booth and facilitate vendor needs throughout the event.
Volunteer Hospitality Services: Assist with packaging of volunteer shirts prior to event, sign-in volunteers event weekend and act as a relief for other volunteers. Coordinate meals and assist with food delivery.
