The Lazy Rockin’ Stirrup Country Music Fest is Central Oregon’s premier country music and entertainment event. You can look forward to Award Winning country music artists, camping, food and fun for the whole family at LRS Fest. As a vendor you have the opportunity to expand your brand name in an environment that brings in families from all over Oregon.
Vendors will be invited to set up booths beginning July 4th at 10:00am. The event will take place rain or shine July 4th- 7th in Paulina, OR. Vendors are responsible for providing their own supplies including tables, chairs, utensils, and all other supplies. NO SALES of alcohol, water, or any other beverages unless pre-approved by LRS Fest.

Electricity at booth space is available for purchase of $100
Product Vending package includes two staff members per vendor space purchased. If you would like to add additional staff members or want to upgrade any tickets you will need to purchase those separately through our website. There will be no refunds for cancelations.

Food Vendor Info:
20% of total sales will be given to LRS FEST.
Attendees will be using tickets for all food purchases. Tickets will equal $1. Vendors will not be collecting any cash, just tickets. LRS will cash out all vendors on Sunday at the conclusion of the festival.
If a food vendor is caught collecting cash for payment they will be immediately removed from the festival and LRS will render all sales.
LRS Fest is not responsible for stolen or damaged materials if left overnight.
Vendors will only be allowed to sell approved items.
Vendors are required to obtain liability insurance for their booth.

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required upon application approval. Deposit will be applied to sales commission or non-refundable if vendor is a no show.
